人遇到不开心的事,悲伤流泪,是常情。我就是一个很好的例子,所以我有个绰号叫"哭包"。不过本人却不觉得有什么问题,反倒觉得哭出来心真的会好受很多。想哭就哭,再加一把鼻涕,然后再哭个痛痛快快,哇!!那可是很舒服的发泄方式。如果憋着不哭,心里的悲伤就无从释放,无从发泄,把抑郁之气塞满胸怀,夜里转侧难眠,精神更受尽折磨。所以如果能够流泪一抒心中愁绪,就哭吧。。
根据资料显示,泪水流出,还可以洗涤身体里的毒素,也能让眼睛得到滋润。这不是一举多得吗??
悲伤时,不妨痛苦一场,想哭,就哭吧!! ^_^

yeah...sometimes, if we really sad and down, cry is a good way to release our negative feelings.
